Modern Birthday Card


I wanted to try out a a few ideas I've been seeing around the craft world lately:
Chevron designs
Teal and orange color scheme
and I wanted to enter a Spring themed challenge

After thinking about how to combine all those I came up with this simple, modern card. It's not my typical style but I really like the results.

My recipe:
White cardstock card-5x6
Teal zigzags from a Creative Memories short cut pack
Orange cardstock scrap-cut at 3-1/2"
White Cardstock cut from Cricut Cindy Loo cartridge at 3"

    Nice card! I haven't seen one done like this before....I love the chevron design!

    You did a great job on this modern card. I like it when we can do many different things with our cards. I get bored doing the same thing all the time. It's nice to change it up. Great job.
